Dishita deserves support from anyone that values professional level dedication and skill in keeping the Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express plug-in working. This guy is on it! Every change to Youtube code to prevent the downloading of their video, Dishita, in a matter of days digs into the new Youtube code and fixes his product to allow it work again. Youtube is not what it used to be. The ad are out of control. I'm not just talking about the amount of ads, but the ad content. Many are scams or fraudulent. Youtube used to be about the people submitting the content. No more. I make nothing on my videos yet Youtube finds it's okay to place ads on my content. This plugin from Dishita makes it possible to actually enjoy a documentary video with out the repetitive ads and non-sense. If it wasn't for Dishita's plugin I would have abandoned Youtube completely by this point.

i have been downloading all the new folk music and guitar tutorials that i need with ease since i started using Youtube Video Downloader.... it's like having multiple guitar teachers. Hard to beat!

Works well and efficiently. I tried another app, but when I push the "button", nothing happens. So I thank the creator of this app.

I have the paid version - and used this for years. AND yes now and again YT changes its settings, and the creator has to make changes also to catchup - but he usually does this in few days. And i would rather wait a few days, than not have the tool at all.

As of May 1, 2024, Google/Youtube, now knows how to block this extension, I am bummed, because I was able to download the videos, to by pass the forced brainwashing commercials! Please update.

I've happily used the Pro version for 3-4 years for audio & video. It works great! If a new youtube update broke anything (a rare scenario), Dishita usually puts out an update-fix within a few days. Just be patient. Dashita also reliably posts on their support page letting you know they are working on the fix. Love this add-on & it's support<3 I just donated a second time because I appreciate this add-on so much. Thank you so much Dishita!!

Excellent tool. Updates are made when necessary. Usually within a few days.

Inconsistent with functionality. One day it will work, the next it doesn't. I look for stability before donating to these types of extensions and this has show that it just can't keep up with Youtubes ever changing code.

Update: I guess they are not bringing back the 720p option which is fine, but the page should reflect the terms in which you're subject to before you download it. After reading many of the real comments and not just the fake 5 star ones. I would suggest reporting the add on for being misleading/deceptive in their advertising. Offering a limited version free is fine, but don't state "A simple extension for superfast and easy YouTube downloads in FLV, 3GP, MP3, MP4, 720p, and 1080p formats." when in reality you can only download in 360p unless you "donate" which has a limited length of time apparently.

This is the most easiest tool out there and this is the best out of all of them and i give them my highest recommendation! :)

No longer works on youtube. Can't use 720p. Used to use it a lot but stopped working recently.
