Some adds on YouTube get through. This is not very common, however, and otherwise it works quite well.

Was working but now fails on 2 channels' streaming

Works great on fFrefox. Fails on Chrome. Its behaviour on Chrome is complex, but I keep being blocked or seeing ads in one TV channel or another.

I have had NO feedback when I tried to "reach out"

I'd like to give it 5 stars, but all too frequently the ad blocking interferes with many websites functioning properly; i.e. such as contact forms. It also has difficulty blocking on my Yahoo mail's inbox. There is a banner which sits above my incoming inbox emails and it looks like the first email (which makes me click on it) but it is actually an ad. Sometimes Ad Blockers blocks this area effectively, but I notice that the ad will override and reappear. At that point I disable and re-enable to make this ribbon ad disappear. I hope they're listening!
