The macthes part of the manifest has been changed to a simpler way of handling all the different domains. Now uses include_globs to catch all the different domains. The extension is now available on https://audible.it

This version does not change anything for Firefox users. It includes a fix for Chromium based browsers. I simply want to make sure that the same code is used for both :)
