- Rated 5 out of 5by Gabriel, 2 months agoAmazing addon. I always thought chromium have better volume managers but with this firefox takes the cake. Please, please implement a way to give permissions to all websites but also disable the addon on certain websites independently. For some websites this addon breaks the audio even if you leave it as default 100.

posted 2 months agoHi and thank you for you kind words. Unfortunately creating a blacklist for specific websites would be very impratical as it's not implemented in firefox (unlike whitelisting). Still, i've never encountered a website which breaks like that so, if you are fine with it, you can tell me the website in an e-mail or in a GitHub Issue (both are linked in the addon page) and i will try to find the issue. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18329014, 3 months ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by AndreGabe, 3 months agoFinalmente achei uma extensão que "lembra" o volume das abas, outras extensões simplesmente voltava ao normal assim que a página era atualizada ou algum video novo começava.
- Rated 5 out of 5by tylerstone, 4 months agothis plugin is amazing for boosting sound on firefox, i really wish i could disable master volume for all sources of browser and just have the extension only boost on the page. i only need the boost for a few things so having this option would help.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Marty, 5 months agoI have tested this extension on Dailymotion. The volume has not changed. This extension is absolutely unusable.

posted 5 months agoI'm sorry but i can't do anything about that, as I have tested my extension on Dailymotion and, after enabling the prompted permissions, it works perfectly. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18199724, 5 months agonot working when i click on the extension the sound stop playing

posted 5 months agoHi, it would be very helpful to me in order to fix this bug if you submitted a request in the GitHub page, with the name of the website that's giving you this problem. Although, i have to ask, are you sure you have enabled the extensions permissions that get asked on pop-up prompt? This behavior frequently happens when the extension doesn't have them. - Rated 2 out of 5by molitar, 5 months agostopped working with sites like https://tuckercarlson.com/the-tucker-carlson-encounter-bret-weinstein/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=na&utm_campaign=20240105_jan5dailybrief&utm_content=292262 as it could not detect any media playing.

posted 5 months agoHi, i just fixed this bug in v1.10.0. This problem stems from the fact that you are very likely not enabling the extension permissions for all websites (in fact, this is only a permission issue). In previous versions the extension wouldn't ask for the iframe's permission. Thanks for the report, however please consider using the extension's github page to issue bug reports. - Rated 5 out of 5by Arqui, 6 months ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Roggbird, 6 months agoSimple and awesome features to not only regulate your volume, but also configure volume values on different pages!
One star minus, because I cannot watch Disney+ on an MacBook (M2) with this extension. Works fine on Windows 11 though!Developer response
posted 6 months agoHi, unfortunately websites that play DRM'd audio such as Spotify, Netflix or Disney+ don't work and there's nothing much i can do about that... Anyway, thanks for your review! - Rated 5 out of 5by rado84, 7 months agoThis is the ONLY extension on this entire website that actually does what it says and actually remembers the users' settings!
And I also like the FOSS part! :D
Greetings from Tux. - Rated 5 out of 5by king kong, 7 months agoI tries all volume booster on firefox and sick of those extensions becoz I watch videos on udemy, every time the next video loads the volume booster shows max volume but the volume is not max i have to press again to max volume the video reloads again. So, with this extension volume doesn't get reset. I am using ubuntu. thanks for this extension.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15472269, 8 months agoOk, I rant, sorry. So for the LONGEST time, Pandora will default to something below %100 all the way down to %50 on every song. I use Linux, on LMDE 5 and now 6 Faye. Issue's still persisted, I finally reached out for Help on FireFox help page. I got a response within 24 hours to try this specific Add-On. I was able to set it up the way I want, having testing it out now on multiple ways I use Pandora, and BAM!!! It is working, this is a great little Add-On for sites that Restrict YOUR way of using the internet for Sound. I hate that, the person who replied to my Help Topic explained that Pandora does this for Adds to get them higher so you MUST listen to them in a way. So until something else goes wrong, 5 out of 5 and I will go too Git Hub to all so show my gratitude. This is a way needed little Extension. Kudos! Sorry for the horrible typing skills and sentence structures....I kinda type how I talk.

posted 8 months agoDon't worry about ranting, as i think it's pretty clear that i also made this whole add-on out of anger 😉.
It's flattering that somebody would recommend this specific add-on to boost sound and i'm glad it could help you! - Rated 5 out of 5by sayue, 8 months ago
