posted 13 days agoThanks for the review, but it sounds like having too many extensions installed was affecting the performance of YouTube, rather than BetterTTV specifically. BetterTTV only affects the chat frame on YouTube, not the video player nor its full screen behavior. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18320050, 2 months ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16529660, 3 months agoBreaks the viewer count mod from FFZ, breaks the stream delay viewer from FFZ, and pauses all streams when you first click on it regardless of active settings. All without any visible settings that might be causing compatibility issues.

posted 2 months agoThanks for the review. BetterTTV actually isn't causing these issues, and BetterTTV doesn't generally affect other extensions. Twitch has recently been rolling out a new site updated with React 18, which many extensions are not initially compatible with. BetterTTV supports this as of 7.5.16, but you will need to reach out to other extension support teams for any bugs you encounter in their extensions as a result of these ongoing Twitch updates. posted 2 months agoThanks for the feedback. It isn't clear from your review what specifically was not working. If you are referring to certain emotes not showing up in chat, then be sure to enable all emote providers in the BetterTTV Settings.- Rated 1 out of 5by Wade the Wilson, 3 months agoI installed it and it never once worked. Not sure why... I gave up a few days later.

posted 2 months agoThanks for the feedback. It isn't clear from your review what specifically was not working, but it is unlikely that the extension "never once worked." If you are referring to certain emotes not showing up in chat, then be sure to enable all emote providers in the BetterTTV Settings. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18248992, 4 months ago

posted 4 months agoThanks for the review. This is still a setting under the Auto Play setting on the Channel settings tab. If you're having trouble finding it, search for "Auto Play" in the BetterTTV Settings menu. - Rated 1 out of 5by SzymonL, 4 months ago

Edit: Clarification; BTTV no longer shows emotes enabled on their side on twitch if you use 7tv in tandem with this addon. Good thing is, Frankerfacez still works regardless after enabling emotes from both addons to be shown; which means that it is almost certainly this addon that disables the emotes and not another one. So it would be wise to just install FFZ instead.Developer response
posted a year agoYou seem to be mistaking us for a different extension. BetterTTV is compatible with all other extensions. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14284450, a year agoIch finde einfach keine Möglichkeit, dass die gesetzten Einstellungen auch gespeichert werden.
Wer möchte eine Erweiterung bei der man jedes mal die Einstellungen neu setzten muss?
Wäre eine sehr schöne Erweiterung, schade!Developer response

posted 2 years agoThanks for the review. We don't currently have a feature for disabling autoplay of streams when opening them. To request this as a feature, please open a feature request over on our GitHub: https://github.com/night/betterttv/issues - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15890969, 2 years agoNicknames colors intentionnaly broken, no way to disable.

posted 2 years agoThanks for the feedback. All BetterTTV emotes do work in the Firefox version too. You may want to make sure you've enabled both the BetterTTV Emotes and BetterTTV GIF Emotes settings in the BetterTTV settings. - Rated 1 out of 5by liroken646, 2 years agodidn't see any particular difference that would make this addon having a reason to exist. Doesn't even send notification of whispers. Doesn't seem to do anything that twitch doesn't already do really. meh

posted 2 years agoThanks for the feedback. After installing the extension you actually need to configure it in order to use the majority of its benefits/features. You can access the settings from within the chat settings of Twitch chat or the user dropdown in the upper right of the Twitch website. - Rated 1 out of 5by ItzNotMe, 3 years agoOnly Problems the last few days... sometimes nothing work...

posted 2 years agoWe had shipped a bad release but did iron out these issues. If you're still having issues, try reinstalling the extension from the Firefox add-ons site to get back to a stable build.
