- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15916741, 2 years agoI find BID excellent, it finds and downloads pictures perfectly. I have the purchased version but started with the FREE version and I recommend upgrade.
- Rated 5 out of 5by lnmiller, 2 years agoThis is paid software so the criterea for a 5 star review should be high. It is. I've had this software for years, it works on almost every site I've every used it on. Occaisionally you'll find a site that stops working but invariably within a short space of time there is an update that fixes the issue. I guess sites don't want auto download software to work (less add revenue) so will actively try and stop downloaders from working. That's why software such as this whose developers respond quickly to such changes is so valuable and time saving. No software such as this will ever 100% work on every site but this comes the nearest to that ideal I've ever found

- Rated 5 out of 5by siyadhu.hot, 3 years agoIn 40 Years, I Have Never Come Across A Downloader That Works So Well. Its Secure. Its The Best Image Down loader I've Seen. I Would Have Left A 10* To BID If It Was Possible.
My Only Complaint Is The Hefty Yearly Upgrade Fee Since I Have 2 Licenses... That's A Pain. - Rated 5 out of 5by JohnC, 3 years agoThis addon is a timesaver and a godsend. It does what they say it will do; on the rare occasions when there is a problem, after being notified the next release fixes it. I know this because I just went through that experience.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16370822, 3 years agoBest Bulk Downloader By Miles
I've tried a variety of apps, add-ons and extensions which claim to download bulk batches of images, galleries, videos, thumbnails etc, and BID outshines them all.
Easy to use, well designed, and will work from the off without needing to read pages of complex instructions.
Advanced users can configure every conceivable site setting for custom downloads, but it's rare you'll find a site that needs it.
If a target site changes their set up, BID is never far behind with an update to match or extend support.
Great value for software that works this well, I can't fault it. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13498103, 3 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Bruceleroy, 3 years agoGreat and easy to use addon! The one-time purchase fee for the registered version is more than reasonable and is well worth it! Thanks!
- Rated 5 out of 5by Mikey, 3 years agoI purchased this software years ago and it has always performed. It's simple, user-friendly, configurable, easy to access and works with any browser that I've ever used. If you lose or forget your registration, or want to install BID on another computer, the registration is very easy to recover or retrieve.
The best thing is - the developers constantly provide updated new releases in order to work with the many, ever-changing image hosts and send notification to update at your convenience.
I highly recommend this software. - Rated 5 out of 5by Kai, 4 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by GROMPICAL, 4 years agoIf you're serious about collecting photos from the internet, this is the best programme on the planet, bar none. Is it free - No, its not. It's a commercial programme that allows you a full trial, then you are required to pay. (There is an option to use a free version - for as long as you like - but, naturally, there are some limitations.) It seems that several people are leaving negative reviews- thinking they are somehow being swindled. If you READ what's on the screen - instead of blindly clicking - you'll see that EVERYTHING is clearly explained, and there is no fiddle going on. Hey, go down to your local car dealer - he'll let you enjoy a FREE test drive. Does that mean you get to keep the car for free ? No, dummy. Why would people think this is a free programme ?
I've been using this for several years, and I've yet to find anything better. I wasn't sure, when I first heard about this programme, so took advantage of the free trial. Once I saw what it was capable of, I was more than happy to pay up for a full licence. I've never felt cheated. In fact, I'm not that computer literate, and have twice asked for help. And twice, I've had detailed replies - direct from the author - who freely gives helpful advice. Am I related to the author - No. Am I being paid for this review - No. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16799145, 4 years agoI've been using this wonderful app for several years. It's easy to use and works extremely well. The creators update it regularly (for free) making it ever-more useful. When I had a problem with it, I texted the moderator and received an almost immediate reply, resolving my issue. How often does that happen? It's definitely a 5-star program that I recommend without reservations.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Carl, 4 years agoI've been using this add-on for several years now and I've always found it to be indispensible. There are very few image download tasks it can't handle and it is a vital time-saving exercise, saving on having to click on every separate image to download them to my PC. The Tech guys/gals are also first-rate and go that extra mile to help - and more often than not find a solution to the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app to anyone who needs to download bulk images - I genuinely couldn't do without it now!!!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Osvaldo, 4 years agoThis app is a must for those requiring to grab all the images published in a site with a minimum effort and the best available resolution. I’ve been using it for some years and it has always worked perfectly. It’s advised to get the yearly update to have the app prepared for the new requirements of the different sites. At the same time the app support is superb and in case of any difficulty you can contact them and the answer will be quickly received with the proper assistance. I was having problems to get some images from a newspaper and support send me the way to do it adding a line in “Advanced Configuration”. And it worked smoothly. It’s advisable to read the manual as there are some tricks to get the best result. Fully satisfied!
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13117007, 4 years agoBulk Image Down loader is an Excellent app after I realized, "IT IS A WINDOWS APPLICATION AND IT HAS TO BE INSTALLED S-E-P-A-R-A-T-E-L-Y" it is a must, it has to be be installed separately) with Fire Fox (or Chrome). I can Download full sized images from almost any web gallery. Supports every image hosts I encountered. Unfairly, I've seen 1 star ratings ratings due to improper installation by the user. Properly installed, easily goes up 5 stars. Deserves TEN stars.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Richard J, 4 years agoCan't understand why so many people have rated BID so low! I've been a user for 10 years or more and it has proven to be worth every penny it's cost. Guess everybody thinks they have a right to proprietary material without paying for the endless hours of writing code and debugging, etc... Hey folks who rated this as 1 or 2: get a life.
