Container Color Theme by Sean Hugo

This has been fixed to work with new browser versions but it's also customised for mainly my use right this second. I am planning on using some of this quarantine time to fix it up in a more general manner.

Sidenote about the sidebar: Firefox uses one color for ALL of the sidebar, you can't just change the header color. While it changes now I may take the coloring of it back out depending on how I feel the change goes after longer use
