    Add `data-domain` to selectors list

    Apparently DDG has added `data-domain` to organic result sitelinks, which is not covered by our existing selectors. Adding it to our list fixes the issue. This change bumps the version to 1.0.3.

    This version provides a new and better way of selecting elements to remove. The change was required as DDG provides a new organic sitelinks feature similar to Google's sitelinks. Additional links to certain pages are listed below the main result, but those links are not contained in the main result wrapper. So they would still display after the main search result item is removed.

    This was supposed to be the v1.0.1 but due to a personal error on Mozilla Add-ons console, the version number had to be bumped to v1.0.2. To rationalise this bump, a minor refactoring has been done.
