I have two views on this:
1) It does work well for keeping you from wasting a lot of time on shopping or social media sites.
2) As someone who suffers with anxiety, I nearly always run out of time on social media sites (I usually give myself 15-20 mins a couple of times a day) because I am second guessing or rewriting a post. This isn't anything wrong with the plug-in itself, it's just that someone else with anxiety might run into the same sort of thing.

I love that its relentless in making sure you dont waste your time !!

It really helps to focus. It's a good idea for people like me with no time to waste but with a strange desire to waste time anyway...

Great extension, just not for me. Maybe add time periods that block the websites then? Unless that's already a thing.

The best website blocker ever!

Simple, efficient and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Been using it for a couple of weeks and completely happy so far.

Great Add-On to let you go to your blocked website but keeps reminding you. Simple and effective
