by John, 4 years agoOverall support doesn't exist. This program Like many of the newer ones expect you to be a beta tester.
They publish with many errors and when you try to connect to support they give you a a lot of pages to try. If you are like me, and not an IT person, a lot of it doesn't make sense. If I have a problem I want to either talk or chat with someone who can help me. NOT someone who will give me a list of pages to read so I can discover what their problem is.
I'll be uninstalling this as soon as I can get all my passwords sorted out.
If you lost your email password Lastpass will send a link to your email so you can reset it.
If I could read my email I wouldn't have contacted LastPass to reset the password.
I know there have to be better password programs available I just have to find one.
Sometimes when I change passwords it doesn't update them correctly or doesn't update them at all. If you update a password make sure you also update it in LastPass.
I would recommend anyone who uses LastPass keep printed list of all your passwords available because you will need it regularly.

Their support / developer pipeline is horrible. I have told them exactly what the problem is and they still cannot resolve.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Uli-Versum, 12 days agoNach langer Nutzung gab es (wie bei vielen 1-Stern-Bewertungen) dieses blöde Problem mit dem Datenschutzfenster. Ich hab Lastpass angeschrieben und auch (nach nur 2 Wochen Warten... :( ) eine brauchbare Lösung erhalten: Auf der Website per ALT-Taste alle Fenster durchklicken, mal muss mitzählen, und beim 8. ALT-Druck ist man, oh Wunder, auf dem OK-Button des Datenschutzfensters. Diese unvergleichliche Blödheit der Programmierer, über Monate hinweg, versaut natürlich die Sternwertung, und das zu recht. Ich nutze LP Premium aber weiter, weil im täglichen Leben auf 3 Rechnern, Tablet und iPhone die Vorteile überwiegen. Möge mein Tipp anderen helfen...

It will just not display the accept button. Have they ever heard of responsive design? Support tells me to lower the browser's font size: that does not work. Have you tried it at least?
