- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14875692, 11 days agoAbsolutely a disguised advertisement - the extension never does what it says - even after creating an account, verifying and logging in, the extension never displays a connect button and only says unprotected with a big upgrade button. Super irritating to waste so much time trying to set preferences and setup an account. Should be barred from the addons or forced to fix it.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Jay, a month agoDoes not work at all.
Claims to have connected the moment the browser loads but in reality it hasn't connected and is blocking all traffic. When you click on the extension it shows a loading circle for eternity and never loads a single thing.
The only way to restore a connection within Firefox is to disable the extension completely. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15029055, a month agoused to work fine, but recently just doesn't connect anymore

- Rated 1 out of 5by Chris, a month agoRegularly breaks. What I mean is that, if you log in and enable the VPN upon first installing it works. Then use firefox as normal, exit firefox, open firefox again etc. and eventually the addon will just hang. You click the little icon to manage it and it just shows a loading wheel. Won't let firefox connect to the internet while it sits there broken. The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall the addon which requires logging in all over again. Very buggy.
- Rated 1 out of 5by baitful31, a month agoYou should let me use the free version first so that I can see if the product is good or not before buying it, but no, you keep popping up notifications to buy, buy, buy, and choose not to let me use the free version. Well, you chose to be the world's worst VPN extension.
