- Rated 5 out of 5by Art of Walls, 6 years agoI believed I had lost the "Save Images" Add On when upgrading to Quantum but this webextension version is a Godsend!
I think you should include a link to "Simage" in the description of the original "Save Images" so other lost souls can find the path to the light just like me. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13404707, 6 years agoLove your work, thanks for the extension. I believe now it is possible to select a download folder. please enable this feature and also include memory of previously used folder.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Gotzoki, 6 years agoSolía usar la extensión original, save images, que, sola o combinada con otras me permitía seleccionar y descargar en pocos clicks un montón de imágenes válidas... la verdad es que se echaba en falta... y aunque esta versión tenga sus limitaciones tiene aspectos como el poder abrir multitud de links o imagenes en una misma ventana o pestaña... o al contrario, en múltiples... sencilla pero eficaz, gracias por compartirla!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14098842, 6 years agoSaveImages was the program I relied on. Delayed upgrades to mozilla firfox quantum for quite some time. However, when I upgraded I lost SaveImages!
Then I loaded Simage as its replacement, and was very disappointed. This add-on doesn't work;
When I employ the “Opened image links in new tab(s)” feature a window opens, but there's no way to save the images selected. Period. Many other of the other options also don't work.
Disappointed. - Rated 1 out of 5by BluesFanUK, 6 years agoOne of the legendary add ons for Firefox pre Quantum absolutely butchered in this version.
No where to select where to save your image, and no images are being saved either.
SaveImages and FlashGot are the sole reason I stuck with FF54 for so long, i've been forced to upgrade and i've lost both those gems. Real shame.Developer response
posted 6 years agoPlease export your Simage options and send them to me as well as the website you are trying to save images from and I will look into it. - Rated 5 out of 5by saeed_soofi, 6 years ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13992719, 7 years agoLoved this program...Rely on it. Waited to upgrade to Quantum solely for this add-on.
However, having difficulty getting it to work now.
Does not bring up a small popup save menu window like earlier version...opens new TAB page each time.
Cannot figure out how to change save folder.
Renamed files have arbitrary numbers attached to them.
Opened image links in new tab(s) simply won't save...often.
This was such an amazing program. I hope that the ease of use and customization will return with the new version. I would pay to have a new version of this that looked and functioned exactly as the old one.
Thank you for making this. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13674162, 7 years agothanks!
