Seriously, had some coursework with professors from Texas that talk like snails crawl: sllllooooww.
With this extension, their unbearable 4 hour videos got reduced to a more reasonable 1.5 hours at a quicker pace.
I started training my brain to hear info faster in videos and as a result, start most videos at 2.0x speed or more just to save the time.
Would pay for the pro version considering how useful this extension has been and amazed that it's free ninety-nine! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12128724, 7 years ago

Please add the option to move forward and backward frame by frame the videos with their respective keyboard shortcuts.
Regards. - Rated 5 out of 5by eight2dave, 7 years agoHaving video speed control from your keyboard is awesome. Also nice to have a bunch of speeds not available in default html settings. I got it for youtube, but it works in most videos you can see playing on a website, even background videos meant to be part of the site design. Good stuff thanks.

- Rated 5 out of 5by gg-ez, 7 years agoThere seems to be a bug I was experiencing with this add on. On a couple of webpages I was having an issue where the javascript was being blocked, but the pages worked fine when in safe mode. After deleting this extension, the problem seemed to be fixed. This is a good extension when in use, but I can not tolerate my browser being broken in the process.
Edit: The newest update seems to have fixed my issue, thank you!Developer response

See if the issue persists in the latest release (0.4.9.4) and if so, provide me a public link to check it out. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13519228, 7 years ago

Suggestions: could there be another row of buttons, underneath rewind, minus, plus... Which would have actual speeds on them, so one could go from 2.0 to 0.75 or 1.25 with just one click. - Rated 5 out of 5by Anonymous user 0ecd3e, 7 years agoEDIT: 09/06/2020
Issue has been fixed. 5 star extension, should be standard.
EDIT: 23/11/2017
Issue persists; check

The full width and half width calendars fail to show up with the extension enabled, but work fine with it disabled. Blacklisting the websites works, but it's strange as to why this happens at all. Doesn't happen with the Chrome version of this extension.
Odd - prevents embedded Google Calendar from displaying properly. Otherwise, works on video websites.
Extension works as intended, however some keyboard keys are taken over by Firefox and thus can't be mapped to controls in this extension.
