- Rated 5 out of 5by Ante, 2 years agoNot counting dislikes anymore. All videos have 100% positive ratings. Only shows number of likes.
EDIT: works again after the update :) - Rated 5 out of 5by Milos, 2 years agoThis is a time saver when looking for a tutorial or other specific video.
Green-Red bar set in settings and on top of thumbnail is what I've set, since video watching progress is already on bottom of the thumb - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 11552304, 2 years agoWorks as intended, thank you. Updated to use https://www.returnyoutubedislike.com/ data

Original review:
It doesn't work currently (2021-12) unless you do a bunch of stuff that is terribly suspicious (did not look it up)Developer response
posted 2 years agoThis has been fixed in the latest version (1.6.1). YouTube removed the dislikes data from their API which was causing some issues, so I switched over to using the Return YouTube Dislike's API (https://returnyoutubedislike.com).
Edit: Glad to hear the update is working for you. - Rated 5 out of 5by stoopingas, 2 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by waldyrious, 3 years agoWorks perfectly after setting up the API key. The instructions were very detailed and guided me through every step of the way, and in any case it's a one-time setup. Excellent experience!

posted 2 years agoThanks for the feedback. I have just updated the extension to use a new API, so it should be working now if you want to retry it.- Rated 3 out of 5by Chloven, 3 years agoDid filled the API Key but still wont work with all other extensions disabled.
Developer response
posted 2 years agoChloven, thanks for the feedback. Sorry I didn't see this sooner so that I could have tried to help you resolve this issue. However, I have just updated the extension to use a new API backend (since YouTube removed the dislike info from their API), and the new API doesn't require you to set up an API key. So if you install the latest version, it should just work out of the box. Hope this helps. - Rated 5 out of 5by europe, 3 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16732514, 3 years agoPlease note that this extension doesn't work immediately upon install and requires user acquirement of an API Key.
Works perfectly, and the developer has provided a clear explanation of the API Key acquirement process. - Rated 4 out of 5by J.R., 3 years ago
