- Rated 1 out of 5by Kekvit Irae, 5 months agoThis used to be good, but it takes a heavyhanded approach to replacing X with Twitter. Example: I follow a lot of Final Fantasy XIV stuff, and when people use XIV the addon hilariously changes it to TwitterIV

posted 5 months agoThe issue should be fixed as of v2.2.2. The bug happened because I tried replacing "X" with "Twitter" in the cookie banner and the footer (mainly seen in the sign up/login page), but it ended up replacing text in other "random" places as well. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Update the extension, should work correctly now. And thanks for leaving this review as this is what reminded me to fix this. - Rated 5 out of 5by Felix, 6 months ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by PToonen, 6 months agoI like the concept, although it needs some refinement. The text replacement is a bit too aggressive, and I am reading Tweets about "twitterBox" and "Windows twitterP". Maybe make it a bit more smart by at least only replacing the capital X when it is followed by whitespace or punctuation?

Update the extension if it isn't updated already and let me know if you have any issues. - Rated 4 out of 5by Mozart, 6 months agoWorks as it should, but an amusing side effect is when it replaces all instances of "X" with "twitter" in posts, it ends up replacing an actual character who is NAMED "X" with "twitter".
The add-on did not do that before, I was surprised.Developer response

- Rated 3 out of 5by Nepharite, 7 months agoIt works on one of my accounts, but when I switch to another account, it stops working. For some reason it only seems to work for a single account.
Also, not all instances of "Post" or "X" are changed.Developer response
posted 5 months agoIt should not be an issue with different accounts, it should apply to all tabs.
However, it doesn't always work first try on a tab, which should be fixed by refreshing it. I need to work a bit more on it so you don't have to do this.
As for not all instances being changed, that's because I still have to go through and add each location those instances are in. - Rated 5 out of 5by Kiwi18, 10 months ago

posted a year agoThese were features I was planning to add for a while, and after putting it off for 2-3 weeks, I've finally added them! Update the extension and let me know if there's anything else you would like me to add, and feel free to let me know if you encounter any issues.
I would also appreciate it if you updated your review based on the new version. Either way, thank you for the feedback! - Rated 5 out of 5by Radical, a year ago
