- Rated 1 out of 5by Inoro, 9 months agoAs much as I hate Fandom, this addon consistently and actively breaks your browsing experience. Antifandom/Breezewiki are ALWAYS down leading to constant 502 errors when trying to read wikis.
Just install Ublock Origin (which everyone should have anyways) and use the Element Picker mode to block the annoying parts of Fandom's garbage.Developer response
posted 9 months agoHi Inoro - I'm sorry about the troubles with BreezeWiki. BreezeWiki is a separate service not controlled by Indie Wiki Buddy. If you're having frequent trouble with your selected BreezeWiki instance, you can select from one of the other 16 available mirrors, or even provide your own using the "custom host" option. The BreezeWiki redirection feature is off by default, and you can disable it again if it's giving you frequent trouble. Indie Wiki Buddy's main purpose is to help you find independent wikis, so there's a lot of value in it beyond just the BreezeWiki feature. - Rated 5 out of 5by leo60228, 9 months ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13827848, 10 months agoCreates a much better experience when searching for information on games! With how dominant fandom and fextralife are it can be difficult to find actually useable wikis, but this extension helps immensely.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Babo, 10 months agoGreat for avoiding the ad-filled, RAM hogging, privacy messes that are the Fandom wikis, and replacing search results with better-managed, independent sites by striking-through the Fandom results and showing a blue button above them which links to the alternative wiki of choice.
From testing: works perfectly on Google, Ecosia and Bing. Likely works well on most search engines. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18224237, a year ago

posted a year agoHi Magenta, thanks for the feedback. The changelog opening is now disabled by default and can be turned on via settings. In addition, the changelog opening no longer takes your browser's focus so it should no longer be disruptive.
