- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14875254, 4 years agoI don't get the real purpose of this add-on. I get a lot more of what I want by simply going directly to my Amazon page, and a simple button at the top of my Amazon page will give me instant access to my orders. This app shows me stuff I've simply clicked on out of curiosity, cluttering up the feed. I want to be able to see my orders and the shipping progress. This is just useless.
It's a lot of nothing in a big way. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13932899, 4 years agoI'm running Firefox 77 with NoScript 11. I click on Amazon Assistant, a blank window pops up and that's it :-( Absolutely nothing in the window ! NoScript permissions look good so who knows. Could be a great extension but at this rate I'll never know :-(

- Rated 1 out of 5by buggs, 5 years agoAfter the recent update (May 2020), and reinstalling FF, I added this extension after having used it before. This time, however, it completely blocked me from accessing Amazon and Amazon Smile. It was by chance that I found through Bugzilla that this is a recent problem with the latest FF update. Once it was disabled, I had no problems accessing Amazon Smile. May I suggest that a note be posted on this page acknowledging that there's a problem. I thought it was a FF problem, and maybe it is, but just trying to prevent any anger from being misdirected.
