by Firefox user 18044112, 10 months agoFirefox addon stopt working a week ago. Unable to login or unlock the vault. Fingerprint autentication crushes, and when try to unlock with master password, it keeps informing me that the login or password is incorrect, despite the fact that desktop app and all mobile apps work just fine with this login and password.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13404543, 10 hours agoIncredibly frustrating. As far as the firefox extension, no matter how many times I set a pin, or tell it not to timeout the vault and not to require the master password, it times out the vault and requires a master password. Don't include these options if they aren't going to function. And the android app is so slow my screen times out and the app is locked all over again before I ever even get to select a saved password. I'm done with bitwarden. Definitely NOT the best password manager; PCMag, WIRED, the Verge and CNET were probably paid for their reviews anyway.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18476978, 2 days agoUnhappy about recent changes that aren't working correctly. First it isn't keeping one logged on and logs one off and erases the pin to unlock. It fails to keep settings as unlock with pin, and I keep having to correct it. Now I have it set to not log off and it still does and loses my pin again.

- Rated 1 out of 5by hugogresse, 2 days agoRecent update make it worse: need to re-login everytime while having the setting to keep me signed in on, don't remember the email but the checkbox was checked on login, and the fingerprint work only 20% of the time, the other not asking for it :(

- Rated 1 out of 5by technokowski, 3 days agoI've been using this for years. Now, like the other's have stated, it logs me out every day. Very frustrating. I was going to roll this out at my company for all the staff, but this may change my mind. I will update this review if it's fixed.... please fix...

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13856244, 4 days agoContinues to be broken after 2+ months. Constantly logs out and doesn't retain settings. Dishonest developer has been promised a fix 3 weeks ago, but it didn't happen. I wouldn't trust them with a plastic spoon, much less my password data at this point.

- Rated 2 out of 5by JamieOliver, 5 days agoWill not always ask to save password. Because of this, I lost an auto-generated password for a website I had schoolwork on. I lost a lot of work because of this terrible product. I should not have to copy paste every password manually like if I was just using a damn notes document on my desktop...
It also forgets all my settings and logs out on browser restart. I have to set up my pin every time.
I am moving to a paid service, since free ones clearly can't do their job. - Rated 2 out of 5by DavidE, 5 days agoThis WAS a great password minder, UNTIL it started logging out every day and you have to keep logging back into it. THAT is why we dump password minders.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Zz, 5 days agoI had about 3-4 problematic days where it would freeze and require me to restart Firefox but it is now fixed and I don't have any issues thus far. It still is my best password manager to date.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Ramouz, 6 days agoThe Firefox addon was great until the last 2 months when it started logging us out every night. The next day, you're forced to log in using your password as Biometrics refuses to work due to the bug, but logging in fails (just keeps spinning) so you have to either restart the browser or disable/enable the addon (quicker).
Bitwarden told me that they're working on a fix, about a month ago. Alas, the fix was launched today and not only did it not fix the issue, but it made it worse. Now, not only do we have to just enter the password (since Biometrics doesn't work when it logs us out on its own), we now have to enter our email as well. So, it fully signs us out. Basically, the support team lied to me and others. They did not fix this but made it worse.
