- Rated 1 out of 5by joobmcdow, 6 days agoWhen it works, I give it a 5/5. The problem is it works MAYBE 2% of the time. The other 98% I have to try refreshing the page, signing in 500 times, uninstalling and reinstalling, signing in another 500 times, it's such a hassle to use I just log into my account and manage it that way instead of using the extension because it never works!!!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Chesty, 13 days agoI am so sick and tired of the pain of using this app. Every time I log on it's like I've never used it all these years. I have to "add" the extension but first verify AGAIN it's me then add the extension then login AGAIN. Most times I have to enter capitol one and login then open eno virtual cards to get it to work. All and all you could probably pay me the $Millions you're paying your "developers" and "maintainers" and get a better product. So sick of ZERO customer service.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 18655675, 23 days agoWhen this extension works, it's great! It helps protect my security online.
However, it seems to regularly get stuck authenticating into Capital One, freezing up and preventing me from logging in. Sometimes I'll launch the checkout page in Chrome (blech!) and use the extension in Chrome instead, which seems to be less prone to freezing up. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18650647, a month ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18323726, a month agoI've tested this sporadically over the years, and I've never been able to log in. I've disabled ad-block and site security. I've even tried the Chrome version, and I cannot ever log in.

- Rated 5 out of 5by JOWagner, 2 months agoOne less thing to worry about when it comes to making online purchases. I use it to pay all of my bills too and like how the virtual wallet is set up. Reading the negative reviews, it was only associated with problems opening the extension. I do not know if this will help others, but you go to the upper right hand corner and hit the "Extensions" tab and from there choose to open Eno and it automatically generates a card. This is an extra step as with Chrome it would open automatically when you needed it.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14871977, 2 months agoSTRONGLY RECOMMEND!!! Simple to use. Your Capital One Virtual Cards give you full control of the virtual card, turn-on and turn-off, schedule turn-off after use, etc. I've used this service for purchase from Romainia (not exactly a save place to buy from using a credit card) with no issues because the card number work ONLY with the ONE vendor. LOVE this service.
