posted 3 years agoIf you would like assistance with the extension, reach out to me using one of the links on the main page in the More information section (Support site or Support Email).
To address a few limitations of the extension:
(1) Firefox detects certain files as executable and will not let you override the Save/Cancel dialog and open them automatically, even if you try to disguise the file as a different type.
(2) By default, the extension does not run in private windows. Check this article for steps to allow that: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/extensions-private-browsing
(3) If you select "Follow my settings (inline)" to override forced downloading, it doesn't apply to certain Google sites (because it causes a different error).
(4) The extension does not "see" files that are generated within a page using a script (blob's) or files opened from disk, only ones retrieved from the network.
