by kcl, a year ago1. There is no option for automatically translating selected text without having to click on the DeepL icon. This feature exists in other translation extensions (e.g. Simple Translate).
2. When you try to translate a text written in your native language, DeepL does not automatically translate it into a pre-selected language, but simply recopies the text, which is obviously pointless.
3. I tested the "write with DeepL" function on Reddit, but it's still too buggy and I didn't manage to use it.
4. DeepL still does not support Esperanto, which is the most widely spoken international auxiliary language in the world, with around 2 million speakers (in comparison, Estonian, supported by DeepL, is spoken by around 1.1 million people).
