They should go ahead and plant trees, but stay out of search-sites. After just one day, the site was getting on my nerves.

I have used Ecosia for almost two years, and my experience has been excellent overall. It offers comparable results to more mainstream search engines without leaning on predatory data harvesting practices.

Ecosia is really great! It would be nice though if the search keyword changed from "ecosia" to "@ecosia".

One pretty annoying gripe, though, could you change the keyword from "ecosia" to "@ecosia" to be more consistent with other search engines?
It gets really annoying trying to search something starting with the word "Ecosia" from the search bar.

Best search engine ever. I spend a lot of time online as PC enthusiast, and I love being able to offset my own emissions by browsing the web. According to their blog, it takes ~45 searches to plant a tree and that adds up quickly. Remember to disable adblock for the site!
