- Rated 2 out of 5by lynk, 4 years agoI used this add-on everyday a few years back before it changed because of compatibility and became unusable. Was hoping it changed since then but it looks even worst... I'm really missing that 1.6 version... :'(

posted 4 years agoVersion 2 was created because Firefox changed the extension API to webextensions. This also caused some limitations. To claim, that EPUBReader is unusuable since then seems to me exaggerated, as you still can read epub files in Firefox. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14944521, 4 years ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by PERCE-NEIGE, 4 years agoWorks, but interface too simple. And I would really like a way to edit the epubs.
Please add a Table content navigation, in a sidebar. - Rated 4 out of 5by Hatty12, 4 years agoDoes what it says, would be nice if you could drag the epub file into a dropzone to open it with the plugin other wise would recommend this
- Rated 1 out of 5by JKim, 4 years agoThis extension doesn't do anything. You click on epub link and firefox still wants to download it. Plus most epub sources have web reading option.

posted 4 years agoIt seems to be a bit exaggerated, to claim this extension doesn't do anything, because you can read epub files in Firefox using it. In fact, it doesn't open epub files from websites in some cases. This is due to limitations in Firefox to detect epub files. - Rated 3 out of 5by cvegax, 4 years ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by flagist, 4 years agoVery nice addon, renders books beautifully.
The only problem for me is that it doesn't render the font colors (i unzipped the epub and opened some of the files in browser, colors are there). I use this addon to read ebooks with a lot of formatted code, but without highlighting code listings are harder to process. So I would be very glad if this problem is fixed.
