- Rated 5 out of 5by Matthias, 2 years agoDie Übersetzungen waren schon direkt nach dem Release sehr gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Bedienung. Die wurde wesentlich verbessert. Für mich ein echter google translate killer.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Llort, 2 years agoGreat add-on but the interface is not very intuitive. We are used to translators choosing the destination language, but here we have to choose the source language.
Because of this misunderstanding, I almost thought that the module did not work, but it works very well. Thank you very much, I have adopted it.Developer response
posted 2 years agoHello Llort, on version 1.2.0 which should be released tomorrow, you will be able to choose both the source as the destination languages. - Rated 5 out of 5by FFclassic, 2 years agoThe quality of the translations is not as Google Translate's one, but the fact that everything is done offline in your local computer is a BIG ADVANTAGE. Not only in terms of privacy, but also because webpages translated on this way never crash or have weird behaviors.
The translation bar always present is a bit of overkilling. It's much better to hide it and use the small icon next to the URL.
There are still some things to fine tune and improve, but this is a really promising add-in. I hope it will become standard in Firefox in the future. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17635592, 2 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by mico, 2 years agotranslation should be pre-installed on Firefox;
could really help out a lot of people in reading websites plus it will subtract one less reason to keep both Chrome and Firefox which is to use Chrome to translate sites, which gives a possibiilty that a user will fall back to Chrome just because Firefox doesn't have translation built in.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Lukas Jelinek, 2 years agoDefinitely a feature what Firefox was missing in comparison to Chrome. Surely more languages should come and than should be as default preinstalled plugin or a feature.
(For me, now only one thing from my side is still Firefox lacking: its form prefilling is still in medieval ages in comparison to Chrome)
