This version is VERY inferior to prior releases. It now feels like an advertisement for Google products. It has NO real "Help" features and is NOT intuitive. Some of the best features of prior versions: intuitive interface; ability to add custom links to non-Google sites; flexibility in deciding where the pop-up appears; readily available admin button to adjust features.
Update 11/2017: Still terrible, no attempt to correct deficiencies. Earlier versions (see Google Shortcuts) permitted adding your own URLs. This is a waste of time
