- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15077867, 10 months agoSorry but I can't get it to work, the options screw up on my firefox, the program defaults all the time back to every 3 hrs chime rather than every hour and the test listen button blanks out all the options including volume. It looked good in the write up but fails in practice, could've been fun I guess.

posted 10 months agoPlease note that the "3 hour" dropdown is not how often the chime is activated, but is for selecting what chime you are previewing. But thanks for pointing out an area of the settings that may be confusing. - Rated 4 out of 5by danusty, 2 years ago

- Rated 2 out of 5by Jan van Aalderen, 7 years agoThe grandfather clock runs 1 hour late, possibly because it ignores summertime.
The other options don't work at all.Developer response
posted 7 years agoSorry to hear that you are having issues with the add-on. I plan to do some troubleshooting over the next couple of weeks to track down some issues and hopefully patch them. Thanks for your patience. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13249908, 7 years agoit's very nice, but you should allow to personalie how often the clock can sound. This one sounds every hour, but why don't you allow to make it sound, for example, every 15 minutes (as it very often appens for real clocks and tower-clocks?). I'll give five stars in case you'll allow to customize it ;)

posted 7 years agoThanks for sharing your feedback about this add-on. I'm always looking for ways to improve the add-on and add new functionality to it. I really like your idea and will work to add that to an upcoming release of this add-on. - Rated 4 out of 5by Ch. (aka sftblw), 7 years ago- Good addon. agree. I like it. thank you /
- Lacks some extra functionality /
- 1. Can't set custom sound (maybe It can't be done yet with current apis?) /
- 2. Can't stop sound instantly, user should disable addon to stop soundDeveloper response
posted 7 years agoGlad to hear that you like the add-on!
The custom sound options isn't a feature that I looked into very much, but now that I know someone wants that feature, I'll see if it is possible to add this in an upcoming update. I'm not sure if it is possible with the current APIs, but I'll certainly look into it.
The ability to stop the sound after it starts to play is a good idea. I'll see about adding that feature as well. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13072756, 7 years agoThanks for the update..super job ..all the best
