テキストの検索エンジンにCustom URLを追加できないでしょうか。
X(旧ツイッター)や他のサイトでも検索したいので。Developer response
Developer response
posted a year agoI couldn't confirm that in my environment.
Try updating Firefox to the latest version and disabling all other add-ons.- Rated 5 out of 5by rick, 2 years agoUsing this extension for a long time, but can you also do this extension to use as a user script since I want to use this in another device as well? It would be so helpful. This extension is great anyway
- Rated 4 out of 5by ismuta, 2 years agoI have been using this extension for a long time, including the previous version (which I forget the name of). I am happy with this new version, but recently I have been having trouble searching on Google as it does not seem to work on any website. Is this just happening to me, or is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thank you for your efforts.
Developer response
posted 2 years agoIt could be happening only to you, or it could be a problem with the site.
I need specific samples to fix it, so it would be helpful if you could write them down.
The page and selection where the problem occurs, and the URL of the newly opened tab. - Rated 4 out of 5by cdt88, 2 years agoIt's a great addon and I've been using it for a long time, but lately it's having some problems with certain websites, for example Reddit. When you drag a plain text word it just open a new tab instead of searching that word on Google as configured in settings. Another example is the website www.clarin.com

I don't know if everything will work, but I did the update. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17763087, 2 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by Bertie, 2 years agoHyper Drag no longer works for me. Dragging just opens a "new tab" but my settings are no longer running. This is very unfortunate as I really liked this addon.
- Rated 5 out of 5by iga, 2 years agoGreat extension! Thanks :) (can you fix one thing please..? Extension don't work in some fancy sites. this for example: madeinvilnius.lt/apie-mus/ - similar Chrome extension works)
- Rated 5 out of 5by CraftMoon, 3 years agoIt's the best drag add-on I've been used. But I can't find any statement about privacy, what kind of data does it collect and send?
Developer response
posted 3 years agoThis add-on works alone in your browser only.
It does not collect any information. It does not send any information anywhere.
I wrote all the code from scratch, so I am confident this is a secure add-on. The code has also been inspected by Mozzila.
I never thought about what I needed to write about privacy statements.
Should I have insisted that "no information of any kind will be collected?"
Anyway thank you for reviewing it. - Rated 5 out of 5by Fire Fan, 3 years agoThe only thing missing is possible an option so that the user can disable that extension on some domains. Just a suggestion. There are some specific pages that you don't want this extension getting triggered.

- Rated 4 out of 5by akiton, 3 years agoIt's a good addon but it does not switch back to the source tab (left) after closing the tab that was drag out from the source tab. Instead, it switch to the tab on the right. Anyway to add this feature
Developer response
posted 3 years agoThank you for the report. But I could not confirm that.
It may be interfering with other add-ons. So please try using this add-on only.
If we can find the cause, we can adjust it. - Rated 5 out of 5by Bishop, 3 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by temphee, 3 years agoIt's great and flexible, very useful add-on.
To developer hyperT :)
Could you let us to use custom search engine? This add-on offers only Google, DuckDuckGo, Wiki, Bing, Amazon.
I want to use custom engine (e.g. Naver, Daum..).
Thanks!!Developer response
posted 3 years agoIt is not fully customizable, but can be added to any site that uses Open the Search, which can be integrated into Firefox.
Naver is not supported, but Daum can be added.
More information can be found on the Mozilla support page.

Saving images works only about 80% of the time, but some images are saved as "search" (without filename extension) and contain no valid image data. I don't know what Hyper Drag saves in those "search" files, but when I save the same images via FF's native "Save Image As.." it works just as it should. - Rated 5 out of 5by 入間平十郎, 4 years ago
