Exactly what I was looking for. It's really nice as it doesn't clash with 90% of the things going on my monitors. Brightness/Contrast is key to a theme being balanced to not distract you too much. Especially if you're using 3+ monitors, it's nice to have something that calls attention without having to seem like it is. It isn't too distracting yet distracting enough to know exactly where my title-bar is instantly without looking twice. Industrial caution safety color schema feel gives it that let's work and get things done feel. The scratches, worn-out and abrasions with rusting and fading paint gives it that realistic touch.
