After I spend a few hours for it I can say: It works :-) And it works for .php and not for .html unfortunately

    Doesn't work with a index.php file as root file. Live Server looks not to be good enough for advanced PHP development.

    For me the best solution : Wampserver + Live Reload (made by Blaise Kal) that refresh the page only after an edition of the target file (as Live Server should do). Live Reload is not a "stupid" refresh WebExtension as many that refresh a page every X seconds... This extension is a must have.

    Great addons but it seems not working on Firefox Quantum yet

    Talk about a little time saver, this is it! Saves me the hassle of having to go to the command line and launch a live server for my web pages OR starting up XAMPP as a server. You even added PHP, great job

    I'm using it with PHP.

    Anyway, I can confirm you - within this week it's coming to Chrome Extension Store :)
