- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13266430, 6 years agoSeems really good, however the permissions it requires are extremely invasive. Any possibility to minimize those?
Developer response
posted 6 years agoIt is already minimized.
"Access your data on all web sites": to be able to filter out any anti-blocking script on websites
"Access browser tabs": to be able to shut unwanted popup
"Access browser activity during navigation": to handle active tabs which keep checking adblocker in background
You are welcome to ask in issue tracker if you still wonder the need of these permission https://github.com/LiCybora/NanoDefenderFirefox/issues . I will also document out them soon. - Rated 1 out of 5by Lemons22, 6 years agodoesn't work. Downloaded and followed the many steps that should have presumably gotten it working with uBlock and...nothing.

- Rated 5 out of 5by ChaCha Fance, 6 years agoI'm SO happy to find Nano Defender here. This is the only anti-adblock extension that works for me in Firefox and Chrome. Hoping to see Nano Adblocker added here soon (I already use it in Chrome). Until then, though, this works just fine with uBlock after going through some extra steps, which are outlined perfectly.
Developer response
posted 6 years agoThank you. For Nano Adblocker you may have to wait for a while as I have not yet grant the official port permission. You may come to my repo here: https://github.com/LiCybora/NanoCoreFirefox for the latest information. Once everything ready, I will announce it there and let Nano Adblocker online soon.
Edit: Nano Adblocker is here now https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nano-adblocker-firefox/
