posted 2 months agoThis is is likely due to a limitation from Netflix and/or features available via web browser (codecs, etc.). The addon will always choose the best quality available based on the settings chosen. You might try a few other titles to see if the issue persists. If they work as expected, then the aforementioned would likely be the cause. The resolution is the last parameter listed next to "Playing bitrate". As a mention, it will typically take a few moments to reach full resolution due to filling the streaming buffer from Netflix. If further assistance is needed, please do not hesitate to reach out!
