Opens selected links in new tabs

1. Highlight a selection using left click
2. Right click and the option will be in the context menu

This is a fork from "Open Selected Links" addon (only major difference is that there is only a single context menu item, instead of 2.. plus some bug fixes)

Release notes for 1.1.3

Menu is now disabled when there are no detected links in the selection.

It also adds an option on preferences that allows to hide it instead.

This option is not enabled by default because it will cause for the menu to be refreshed and a visual moment that shows the menu being added (it's just a few milliseconds, but it's noticeable)
