by Firefox user 13868383, 7 years agoWhen I installed this plugin I was anticipating the option of a local storage as well as the cloud storage, no such option. This plugin is just a way to force subscription to their cloud service. If you really want a useful app link it to dropbox, box, google drive or any of the other storage services that people already have and can trust.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13928956, 4 years agoI've been trying to get tthis thing to work for 5 months now, keep checking back and it doesn't work. Or at least not consistently. If I'm lucky....maybe today, but who wants to live that way, if this is the best you can depend upon for keeping your work, you are better off writing it on a napkin.

A recent update went out that should have really improved things. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13095960, 6 years agoThank you for your work. But could you please revive Scrapbook X or Scrapbook under firefox quantum and make it work locally? Thank you so much.

posted 6 years agoI'm sorry, but that is beyond what I can do at the moment. Thank you for trying out PageDash. - Rated 5 out of 5by bulrush, 6 years agoPageDash is reliable, works well, and the tagging system is very handy. I typically use at least 3 tags per page.
- Rated 3 out of 5by olliebean, 6 years agoTook rather a long time to save the page (I presume it is actually uploading it), and an option to save locally would be much better. Also just one page took up over 10% of my monthly PageDash upload limit, so I can see this isn't going to be much use to me if I'm not prepared to pay.

posted 6 years agoTo confirm that page was saved successfully, simply go to app.pagedash.com to take a look! Unfortunately, right-now PageDash is a cloud-first tool to allow access from anywhere. Thank you for trying out PageDash! - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13684062, 7 years agoWhy anybody would need to sign in to some server just to read his local web-pages? See no sense at all.
