In addition, with the release of version 1.5.8 of our Extension, we have begun to collect session analytics data, which includes:

Transcription Mode: The transcription mode set by you.
Language: The language set by you.
Message Count: The number of messages sent during the session.
Audio Duration: The total duration of audio transcribed during the session, in seconds.
Talk Time: The total duration of user speech during the session, in seconds.

This data is collected through Google Analytics to help us understand user interaction with our Extension and improve overall functionality.
How We Use Your Information

We use the collected audio data exclusively for:

Transcription: Converting spoken audio to text via our backend service.
Operational Analysis: Analyzing the audio for functional purposes such as detecting speech completion or assessing tempo.

We use the collected session analytics data exclusively for:

User Experience Improvement: Utilizing session analytics data to understand how our Extension is used and to make improvements that enhance user experience.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Technology Partners: We share user audio data with our technology partners, such as OpenAI, for the purposes of transcription. These transmissions do not include any other personally identifiable information (PI).
Analytics Partners: We share anonymised session analytics data with our analytics partners, such as Google Analytics, for the purposes of improving our Extension. This data does not include any personally identifiable information.

Addition of Google Analytics for Website
