- Rated 5 out of 5by Kelvin Karanja, a year agoAs a web dev guy, this is what I use for detailed explanatory screenshots for my clients. It has lots of useful tools and some cool effects. You can even select and move text and shapes freely. Luv it!!!

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 17613721, a year agoWould be "awesome" if it included all visible elements, such as options from a <select> element that is open when the screenshot is taken.
It doesn't, so it's one of many "mediocre" ones. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13946224, a year ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13533076, a year agoPretty excellent screen shot tool. Doesn't get a full five stars because on really, really long pages the capture tool will freeze and crash. Overall my go-to however.
- Rated 2 out of 5by TELLALL4ALL, a year ago6-12-24: The only thing awesome about this screen saver is the amount of time you spend trying to get it to select the part of the screen you selected. Works about 25% of the time. Rest of the time you spend trying to get it to work right. Another joke addon "recommended" by mozilla, yeah RIGHT.
Works about 60% of the time. Tries to sell you on a different program when you try to use it. Freezes your windows computer when trying to capture large page requiring hard reboot then-no throttling or limits on memory consumption resulting in stalled machine. When it works it works well, too bad that doesn't come close to 100% - Rated 1 out of 5by Naam82, a year agoaccount required to screen record, would give 0 stars if i could

- Rated 1 out of 5by USER-EXPERIENCEONLY, a year ago5-12-24: they have a convoluted and time consuming method of selecting portions of a page that does not work many times, so you waste a lot of time trying to get it to work properly. Can't handle large pages, freezes system, sometimes requiring hard reboot. No way to easily report bugs. down to one star, would give 0 if possible. FFox must be hard up for programmers to recommend crap extensions like awesome. Want to waste your time trying to get this script kiddie pos addon to work, then install it. Can't handle browser zoom settings, can't select proper portion of page. Waste a lot of time trying to get this POS addon to work. Obviously the "developers" don't know shyt.
Mozilla should hold a contest because there ARE NO good scrren savers extensions for it.
11-7-23: Clips the image so download is incomplete. SLOWWWWW. Freezes computer on long pages with no progress bar.
In windows 8.1 when capturing a large page, it runs roughshod on your memory and your computer will freeze up often requiring a reboot. Does not work on portable browsers that are not integrated into your OS. Slow to load, run and save an image. - Rated 1 out of 5by ʟ·ɪɴᴀᴅᴀᴩᴛé, a year agoThis extension requires an account and therefore a registration to use it.
Go away! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18032245, a year agoI use this extension on every Browser that allows it. I have been a happy and satisfied "Awesome Screenshot" User for much longer than 3 years, during which it has made awesome contributions to my workflow!
