by General Kush, 6 years agothis is a pretty solid add on, but i'm curious to see if things can be taken a step further. blocking the recommended videos that pop up when a video ends. now then we will be truly liberated.

posted 3 years agoHey Martin, I apologize for the very long delay in responding. The newest version now hides the end related videos too. - Rated 3 out of 5by Fred, 6 years agoWould like a tool like that but I would like to be able to choose what I see and what I dont see. If you can make that possible I wont need an addon for every function this one provides. Until then I have to stick with 4 seperate addons.

posted 3 years agoHi Fred! I know it's been a while, but I'm just putting this here for future people's reference. There's a better extension out there that allows you to choose exactly what is hidden. It's called "Unhook" - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14229046, 6 years agoAll I was looking for. Could be a little more customizable, allowing you to turn on a few features. Also hiding the recommendations from the home page would also be great (but I see there's already a merge request to add that feature so great!)

Could you maybe add an optional setting to remove all suggested videos and channels on the home page? Currently I use a uBLock filter "www.youtube.com##.ytd-browse.style-scope" for this. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13707686, 7 years agoThank you!!! I was looking for something exactly like this! One problem: Video description boxes are horizontally compressed on my 1080p monitor.
