- Rated 5 out of 5by Dries VS, 10 months agoAbsolutely necessary. Adds functionality that FF should have out of the box. And does it quite well. Also the only tab manager across multiple browsers I've had no issues with. Can't recommend this enough. Though it doesn't always save correctly on closing. Just manually save before closing. Shame, but at this point I'm not even knocking off half a star for it.
- Rated 4 out of 5by hmijail, 10 months agoBEWARE: the addon still seems to work OK for me, but since ~2021 improvements basically stopped and new changes are mostly to the list of donors. There's currently over 400 issues open in GitHub, and growing, with no answers. Cloud sync says it works, but not really. Time to start looking for alternatives.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Matt, 10 months agoSince Firefox sidelined Michael Kraft's best session manager, I've been wondering why Firefox doesn't have its own session manager. Simply collect the session restore files and display them clearly, like in Michael Kraft's Manager. One click and all the files are there again, even with the option to go forward and backward in time in the tab if you have been in the tab for a long time.
The best alternative to it is your Tab Session Manager. But it has neither the function to select individual tabs to restart or delete using a checkbox per entry or a select all/none checkbox, nor the option to move or organize tabs into other windows using drag and drop. It's also annoying that the favicons aren't loaded when you restart quick, so you no longer have any clues as to what was where until you load every single tab again. It shouldn't be too difficult to load these pictures, just like the other changes mentioned... Why not do it like Kraft and use the session store .json files to quick launch the tabs with favicons and site informations. That would be the best present you could make to the firefox world. :) - Rated 4 out of 5by Олексій, 10 months agoIs it possible to save a session as bookmarks, like in the Session Sync extension?

- Rated 1 out of 5by pablowegwerf, a year agoDitto the prior review - saving a session will cause deletion of prior saved sessions!! Please fix this asap!
Now, how do I restore my previously saved but now "disappeared" sessions??? - Rated 3 out of 5by Anonymous, a year agoIt's extremely annoying, that clicking a saved link, keeps the addon popup open until I manually click outside.
- Rated 1 out of 5by rance vorek, a year agoWARNING! Since latest update, saving a session automatically deletes ALL saved sessions. Now only saves your two "top" windows, if you have more than 2 windows open.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17319061, a year agoSehr nützliche Erweiterung!

- Rated 3 out of 5by Moamar, a year agoTwo missing things
This is a good addon, but there are two missing things which are the following:
The first thing:
the history of any tab in a saved session is not stored, so after opening a saved session and loading a tab I can not go backwards to the previous addresses that I visited before saving the session and closing the window of Firefox
this behaviour is not like what was in the great addon
Session Manager by Michael Kraft that was in before Firefox change to web extension addons
I mean the addon Session Manager by Michael Kraft that Sienori was inspired by, as he mentioned in section of About this extension
---------
The second thing:
Also the saved sessions do not save or keep the hierarchy that was created by addon of Tree Style Tab by Piro (piro_or)
I hope Sienori update Tab Session Manager with these two features - Rated 1 out of 5by Waldron, a year agoI don't see a little teal floppy diskette icon in my toolbar. Doesn't appear, can't use it. Frustrating.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 18020650, a year agoWorks as advertised, except it does not restore window size and location across multiple monitors.
- Rated 4 out of 5by EvgeniX, a year agogreat add-on, but please add other sync options! currently only google is supported which collects personal data :(
