by KirkH420, 2 years agoI wish there were more starts to give you.
If I have a choice in the matter, I'll never search the web without this. It's really disappointing how some users run into a slight hiccup, maybe in need of an update, so they write a 1-star review that says "completely useless." Clearly you RageQuit and didn't actually give the add-on a chance despite it's 112x 5-star reviews.
I even figured out a way to use my free PasteBin account to create my own subscription URL. It's useful if I want to use my blacklist on a friend's computer.
It would be really cool if that were added as a feature to uBlacklist, using PasteBin API calls. Like a method() that uploads my list contents to my paste page. Just an idea.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Plus_Escapee, a month agoUsing Firefox, it doesn't show up in extensions list from the puzzle piece menu, can't be pinned from extensions manager, has instructions to pin and use but isn't in the list. Crappy, incomplete plugin with no redundancies.

- Rated 5 out of 5by aquarius, 2 months agoYou'll get good search results without AI assistance and only good results with uBlacklist. The way to go IMHO to search and find on the Web. Moreover uBlacklist handles several search engines. A must have.

- Rated 5 out of 5by techman22, 4 months agoIt is a quality of life add-on. I'm sick of certain webpages appearing on any search engine
- Rated 5 out of 5by Ryan, 4 months agoVery good add-on. Everyone has certain likes and dislikes and this add-on helps display only sites you like in search results. It helps make search results pleasant again.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Kalech, 4 months ago10/10, one of the most useful extensions period IMO. I've used it to block AI art in image results and cheap retailers like Wish/Aliexpress. Finally I'm seeing useful search results again. Would love it if we could set up different profiles to switch between.
- Rated 5 out of 5by knight55, 5 months agoWould be great if "Hide the number of blocked sites" and "the 'Show' link" option can be separately toggled(separately disabled).

- Rated 5 out of 5by kcufuoyeid, 5 months agoThere's a ton of clickbait, ragebait, tabloid websites that should be blocked directly by the domain registrars themselves. I don't use google very often but anything that fixes the mess of google deserves some attention.
