- Rated 2 out of 5by knight55, a month agoOn every browser restart, the extension does not auto redirect to preferred reddit version. I tried other auto redirector extensions separately and they seem to work.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Wisejames, 2 months agoI was getting "An error occurred during a connection to new.reddit.com. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." after clearing all my cookies. disabling this extension then going to reddit and logging in then re-enabling it fixed the issue

- Rated 5 out of 5by Rusty, 2 months agoAny chance we get a blacklist option? Recently r/popular doesn't work with new.reddit, so it would be great if the add-on can bypass just that.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18133173, 2 months agoBreaks Reddit for me almost as often as it works. Currently cannot access Reddit without disabling this extension which then prevents me from getting to new.reddit.com
- Rated 5 out of 5by fourohfour, 2 months agoWorks well! For some reason, the permissions popup seems to get hidden under the interface's menu when first running it, though.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18370875, 3 months agoWorks well and has the added bonus of viewing images without the interface.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18368799, 3 months agoWorks perfectly, does exactly what it says on the tin, unfortunately it requires a reset every time Firefox is closed.
Literally stops working and doesn't show up in the extensions button whenever Firefox is fully closed. Has to be turned off and back on every. Single. Time.
The only reason this isn't getting 1 star is because it does work flawlessly, if not for a complete lack of consistency between sessions.
EDIT: Now it just works? I didn't do anything, just updated the extension when it prompted, and now it just works. Its been a few days and the problem hasn't persisted, so I don't know what happened.Developer response

- Rated 1 out of 5by bellamoure, 3 months agoThe page isn’t redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

posted 3 months agoHi! It is likely that you are seeing this error because you are logged out while trying to use the 2nd generation UI. Please choose another UI or pick the the "Use default" option until you are logged in. If the problem persists, contact me by sending an email to andremeri25@gmail.com and I will help you out. - Rated 5 out of 5by Ke0zom, 3 months agoFinally ! I found the extension that gets rid of this new hideous theme where I can no longer display more than 3 posts on the screen, the old new theme is the best compromise between the old and the new big ugly theme.

- Rated 1 out of 5by MartinB105, 4 months agoI removed this extension for two reasons:
1. It requires access to your data, which is not necessary, as can be proven by other extensions that are capable of performing the same function without access. Seems very sus!
2. The author of the extension is apparently incapable of implementing the ability to save the setting you choose. They claim there is "no easy fix", yet every other extension I use can save settings, so I see no reason why this one can't do it!?
Now I'm using Redirector extension to do the same thing instead. It requires a small configuration, but actually saves your setting and doesn't need access to your data!Developer response
posted 4 months agoHi! Unfortunately, the extension requires permissions for the reddit.com domain to function properly. Your preferences are persistent across sessions in the newest version of the extension (2.3.0). - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13218439, 4 months agoOlder version worked fine, with the latest update it doesn't remember my choice to use new.reddit.com.....

- Rated 1 out of 5by Muppet, 4 months agoI can do this without this extension by just doing sh.reddit or old.reddit or new.reddit
Im not sure what data it reads but not something i be worrying about if i do not even need the extension to begin with.
