Best VDO Downloder and Easy to use

This extension assists in downloading videos, but then puts a huge watermark over the video, such that the qr code goes back to their company, which might have legal implications, all by itself. I would not recommend this extension.

It works but for most sites, you need the companion extension. You also want to check your finished download as sometimes it says it is done but only downloaded part of the file. Other than that, it works reasonably well for a free extension.

Giant QR code watermark makes any video basically unusable, I understand needing to be able to monetize a product, but at the cost of a solid 5 seconds I can just use another application- maybe adding a daily limit would be a somewhat reasonable compromise.

QR Code bogus completely ruined it. probably going to uninstall unless it's removed

I've used Video Download Helper for several years, and its a reliable plugin. Oddly, recent downloads sometimes have the wrong audio track (wrong language). Mine sometimes use Spanish, other have reported German.

Very easy to use. Great program!

Great add-on, works really well on most videos.

This latest version has not had a single failure. I had tried older versions and gave up. Very glad I tried it again. Linux Mint.
