Any video downloaded by this add-on has a HUGE watermark on it which can only be removed if you pay the developer extra money. None of this is mentioned on the add-on homepage. This add-on is a scam. The high number of five star reviews is shady and screams botting. Your time would be better served by reporting this add-on as a scam to Mozilla.

I dislike having to play videos in order to detect the format when I can utilize other online websites, like savetubeonline, by simply copying and pasting the URL.

This is exactly the way extensions ought to work. It's probably the best extension I know of.

Yeah, you can download a video from YT just fine, but then there is a MASSIVE QR code in the corner and the only way to get rid of it is by paying them $28. I hate this kind of shit. There should be a warning on the app page that they're going to try to charge us! I suspect the high rating is due to botted ratings. No person in their right mind would be OK with this shit.

Improved; getting better, considering that it's handicapped by trying to function in microsoft's cluster f*ck abortion known as windows 10 (or any version of windows after 7, for that matter); it's still improving. However, I wish that it would add titles when downloading TV series episodes. I still occasionally find some videos that can't be downloaded, especially from Tubi. And actually nothing from PlutoTV will download at all.
