- Rated 5 out of 5by Mahaer Mahmud, 9 months agoOne script I had (Infinite Craft Helper) didn't work with Greasemonkey, but I didn't want to install Tampermonkey because it isn't open source (which is especially important for user script managers). This extension runs it flawlessly. 👍

- Rated 5 out of 5by grundt, 10 months agoI switched from a different userscript extension to Violentmonkey due to the fact that it's open-source, and the peace-of-mind that that offers (considering the permissions that are required to run this sort of extension).
The switch was trivial and all of my scripts worked flawlessly.
Highly recommend. - Rated 5 out of 5by Peter J. Mello, 10 months ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16582769, a year agoRecently switched to Violentmonkey as it is a userscript extension that is open source and kept up to date. Working great so far with my existing userscripts I imported with the import feature. Had been using Greasemonkey until now but that hasn't been updated in 3 years so started to experience issues, and won't consider using Tampermonkey as it's closed source.
