posted 6 years agoI'm aware that position is not calculated properly on some pages.
Fix for this will be added in next major version ~1.0.0
Edit: This has been fixed in latest release. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14318358, 6 years ago
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13379257, 6 years agoWithout support for at least id and class attributes, is pretty much useless Pitty ! Later edit I see it supports id, but it needs to support those attributes all along the path from the root element to the clicked one !

posted 6 years agoHey, thanks for the feedback. I've added new option for ID's, now user can choose between short ID's or normal path (https://i.imgur.com/4rJqlpp.png). Please update to 0.9.4 version. - Rated 4 out of 5by JoaCHIP, 6 years agoThis add-on works quite well. On certain websites is tends to miss the physical location a bit (e.g. www.nisportal.com or www.robotplanet.dk) but because of the interactive hilighting, it's quite easy to find the correct elements anyway, so this is only a cosmetic issue. Quite cool. -- PS: This plugin only works for HTML, not XML.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13634564, 7 years agoExtension has a good performance whenever you need locate a static element xPath, worth to mention the element should be NON Clickable, since whenever you click a link, the page reloads and the xPath tends to change depending the next page content.
Unfortunately totally useless for me by now.
I suggest get an implementation to use Shift + Pointing the Mouse over the desired element, instead the "You have to click it" current method. This would make things easier and less complicated when working with "href" or link-type elements.
Regards.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13580125, 7 years agoTrès bon début. Cependant un petit ajout me semble indispensable pour en rester là : copie automatique du xpath dans le presse papier, en même temps que de l'afficher en bas (pour pouvoir faire un coller) -:)
