by Jorge, 5 years agoExcellent! Advanced options to customize the mouse wheel sensibility, acceleration, smoothness, speed and even more settings with wide range values. Transformed my mouse wheel behavior in Linux with Gnome from very slow to very fast sensitive! Congratulations to all developers and collaborators! Jorge, from Brasilia, Brazil.

So, the problem? When I clic on a button that make an anchor on a page and I a already made a little scoll with the mouse, the extension make a jump to the section anchor without a smooth scroll. It's a behavour buguy and reduice the UX on site that use scroll-behavior: smooth ;
Please, do a patch, and I put the 5 star that this module should have. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 18350096, 3 months ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Yotam Guttman, 4 months agooddly enough, the addon didn't work when I first installed it. I thought it was broken and disabled the addon because I couldn't scroll pages at all. but the next time I booted my OS, totally forgot of the addon, I scrolled and everything was so satisfyingly smooth. not sure what was the initial issue but it works great now! very recommended.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Atul KG, 6 months agoDoesn't work with the moden build of Firefox since 2023. I have been very happy and works on it's own: https://addons.mozilla.org/vi/firefox/addon/scrollizy/
- Rated 5 out of 5by homeboy, 10 months agoWith some brief tweaks, you can make it feel just like scrolling on an iPad, which is pretty impressive.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18001255, 10 months agoUnfortunately, there is a noticeable lag when scrolling while using this extension. Sometimes it even takes a full second.
- Rated 4 out of 5by BoyProdigyX, 10 months agoI got an update for my Logitech Keyboard/Trackpad, and ever since my scroll has been SO broken. The slightest scroll down and the screen was suddenly sent FLYING to the bottom of the page. Without any fix within Logitech's own software options, I found this...
It's helped SO MUCH, and while there are only a few sliders, they change everything from amount of scroll, speed of attack and speed fade and the smoothness of it all, to the amount of bounce you get when you reach the bottom of a page.
That said, there's a learning curve involved, and it's pretty hard to dial in the perfect settings. Everything is easy to understand, it's just hard to know how changing [this option] [this much] will affect everything, and how moving [this slider] at all will affect [this option] over here.
Maybe better thought out presets for those of us who swoon at this level of customization would be helpful? Or maybe a tutorial somewhere to hold the hands of those that need it?
In any event, if you're having trouble with your scroll, or you just relish the idea of being able to change every aspect of your browsing experience, than give this one a try! - Rated 1 out of 5by Luca P, a year ago"Access your data for all websites"
How and why is this even necessary? Really? - will give 5 stars when you get your act together.
Besides this, a potentially super-beneficial plugin. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13931368, a year ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by ohwnez, a year agoVery customizable, though I haven't found my perfect settings yet. Trying to get rid of lag completely without making scrolling an uncontrollable mess. Maybe expert users can post their preferred settings, so new users can try them out and see what works for them.
For those who can't find the YASS configuration settings, you have to go to the list of Firefox extensions (about:addons) and click the "..." button next to Yet Another Smooth Scrolling WE. From the context menu, select "Options".
That seems to be the only way to get there, as the configuration screen is not available from YASS's Manage Extension page. Maybe the creator of the extension can fix this? - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17768066, a year ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13881833, a year agoI understand from an online review of this extension that there should be a steering wheel icon in the toolbar to access the extension. I am not seeing the icon, and trying to manage the extension via my extensions list does not provide a way either. There are no instructions on this extensions web page about how to use it.
What am I doing wrong? And can you please provide some instructions or at least a screenshot? - Rated 4 out of 5by Nate, 2 years ago
