by leere, 5 years agoIt's looks kinda pretty, but is there really need to use external service to sync bookmarks, when you literally can use internal bookmarks which already synced by Firefox Account. Seems like unnecessary overhead or messing with user's privacy...

What a shame!!! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13685929, 10 months agoUpdate: I figured out what happened. Not really the dev's fault at all. I ran out of disk space temporarily and for some reason it deleted my speeddials.
This is the second time it's gone blank and lost everything. No menus nothing, just a blank screen. I have to reinstall and hope my back up is up to date. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13358418, a year agoA little bit boring looking starting page, homepage is down, looks like it had not been updated for a long time.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15616371, 2 years agoExcellent module qui mérite d'être testé.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 16654115, 2 years agoNot perfect yet!
I wish I could customize each Tab individually .. at least a different background, but CSS would be great too to set a different font per tab.
An empty bookmark would be welcomed to help for the layout, to set the bookmarks where we want them while using a background image. For now I'm using bookmarks of my search engine and replaced the name with an empty space but it's a bit tedious to do.
I don't use the search bar because I can't use my favorite search engine (Brave).
.. Example with a gaming (Elder Scrolls Online) tab in fullscreen mode (F11) due to OLED screen:

with top bars (onmouseover):

Still, this is the best dials/homepage extension there is right now for my needs by far, and I tried them all. - Rated 5 out of 5by _MEz.., 3 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14259542, 4 years agoIt seems that the bookmark management cannot be synchronized. Unfortunately, I added my custom CSS and found it. I will share it with you first:
.navbar-nav {
margin-left: auto;
}
.breadcrumb {
width: 100%;
display: block ruby;
text-align: center;
}
.dial > div:nth-child(2) {
padding: 5px 10px !important;
text-overflow: unset !important;
white-space: unset;
font-size: large;
}
.dial_name {
left: 60px !important;
width: calc(100% - 60px) !important;
top: 0;
}
.dial_name:first-line {
color: orangered;
font-weight: bold;
text-shadow: 0 0 3px black;
}
.dial_bg {
background-position: 0%;
} - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16699356, 4 years agoWARNING: do not update to the latest version. Previous version from year 2019 works fine. But now addon owner's website is being blocked by Firefox cause certificate is issued for a whole bunch of shady India websites. Do not trust this new release!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16069177, 4 years agoI rarely give reviews, but I had to. This is by far one of the best Speed Dials I have used on any browser. It works perfectly and I like its simplicity. You have a good amount of control on how it will look and best of all you don't have to sign up anywhere for it to work properly. One more thing... it allows you to have a nice design not tacky or cluttered like most of the others.
The only thing that I would perhaps change is a simpler way to populate the speed dial. But, I didn't mind having to enter the bookmarks that I wanted. In a way, it helped me organize the page and get rid of old accumulated bookmarks.
I also really like the tabs. Being able to create as many tabs as you want helps you stay more organized and focused.
Mimiste, you did a great job! Thanks. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14049063, 5 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Lance, 5 years agoДо коллапса пользовался расширением Super Start и оно было очень удобно... а теперь из всех нынешних самое удобное расширение это. ставлю пять звёзд авансом и очень надеюсь, что в дальнейшем удобство расширения повысится ещё больше и приблизится к удобству почившего Super Start.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13221270, 5 years agoI dunno when it started, but at least in FF 73 screenshots of website do not refresh when you try to do it. Even changing site to different one does not change a thing. It stay the same old screenshot, or none at all(if new speeddial), only local image and automatic work
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15182899, 5 years agoExtension try connect to site www.bakadev.fr, bitdefender blocks this.
"firefox.exe has attempted to connect based on the expired certificate to www.bakadev.fr. We've blocked the connection to ensure data security because sites need to renew their certificates with a certification authority to stay up to date and outdated security certificates pose a threat" - Rated 5 out of 5by TheRiddick, 5 years agoSeems pretty good. I give it 5 star now since I found the option to define a bookmark folder as a speed dial tab, nice.
It would however be nice if you had some HiDPI options, atm some of the settings and font is a tad big. - Rated 5 out of 5by eboody, 5 years ago
