It helps me focus when doing homework, especially since the videos I "watch" to listen to music while doing homework often contain drawings that distract me.

I can't see the point of using this add-on to stop the video part in the traffic as when I checked the network traffic using DevTools it somehow happens to generate more data compared to the video quality set to 144p
