by Alina, 7 years agoAlmost 1 year ago i had a chat with supports, where i explained about one big problem (for me, at least ).
The problem was that after login at new device, or after reinstall browser/ OS, all "Smart Location" settings are disappear.
That's a huge shortcoming. i should create all my settings again and again, for every new device.
Now, after few months will be finished my 6 month plan and i'm go out.
Because this problem STILL doesn't fixed. You can check it by yourself and make sure.
P.S. i bought my last monthly plan through the cashback service. Almost 5 month ago. And they STILL not transferred money for the buyer-client. Hehehe, classic :)

The main reason it works like this is that Smart Locations is only stored in the extension on the local device. In the way the system works now, to save it between browser updates or between devices, we would have to save the Smart Locations on your account. This would mean that these pages would have to be logged on your account and that would be against our no logging Privacy policy. The system (not the policy) might change in the future, but as of now, to ensure total user anonymity, we will not be able to save your Smart Locations.
