pubblicato il 6 anni faHi, Beard! I'm not sure where you got the idea that we collect user data. We do not collect any personally identifiable information on the vast majority of our users. As our privacy policy states, "If all you do is use the extension then you're practically, except for an anonymous, unique ID, invisible to us."
For the 0.1% of our users who donate (again from our privacy policy), "we collect and store all information, excluding the credit card number, given during the payment process. This includes IP address, unique ID, logging some of the button clicks (payment, download buttons) and user event logging. AdBlock does not handle or have access to full credit card numbers, bank account details or payment account login information."

It can't be that almost every day that I open the browser it takes me to a page that asks for payment. There was a point where I considered purchasing the premium package but decided not to due to the many times the program asked for payment. Just excessive! In the meantime I deleted and moved on to something else.

pubblicato il un mese faIt is difficult for any ad blocker to block ads on Twitch. Since Twitch ads are inserted directly into the video stream, ad blockers must “race” to block ads on Twitch streams before the site can download them. This means that while AdBlock does block Twitch ads, we may not be able to catch every single ad before you see it.
