    Hi there,

    We are sorry to hear you are having difficulty. You can turn off AdBlock by clicking on the AdBlock icon in your browser (the icon looks like a stop sign with a hand in it) and then clicking "Pause". That will tell AdBlock to stop working.

    Wanted to see if ad block for firefox worked even better with the browser than just adblock and it does!

    It doesn't block Youtube ads

    Thanks for the feedback. Do you mind sending us a ticket at help@getadblock.com with a link to the videos where you are not seeing ads blocked?

    AdBlock is designed to block ads on YouTube and for the vast majority of users, it does, but there are always pesky exceptions, which it sounds like might be the case here.

    If you don't mind sending in a support ticket we'd be happy to help fix the issue for you.

    Sometimes cannot add a site to extension list. Lately, cannot use this extension at all, as it refuses to install on Firefox 57.
