broken again, still works in Chrome
update 2/2022 I've been using eno on FF ESR, but Mozilla ended support for the version of ESR I'm running, so I tried to install eno on the current release version of FF. As others have reported, it's completely broken, even with a capital one tab open with Adblock disabled. I don't understand why the 5-star Chrome version works perfectly and the FF version periodically fails completely.
I thought I was the only one having problems with signing in until I read all the other one-star reviews. The extension worked perfectly at first. Then I had to make an out-of-town trip and I made some changes in my contact info, but I never deleted my primary SMS phone. Now neither the extension nor online banking will recognize any of my contact numbers as legit and both online banking and eno completely lock me out after a couple tries at texting to a number that has been on file unchanged for a week. Tech support told me a) wait for the numbers to propogate through the system (they never did) and b) to uninstall and reinstall the extension, which made things even worse because uninstalling wiped out all the user data stored in my Firefox profile and since the extension doesn't recognize my contact phone, it became useless. I restored my Firefox profile from a backup to regain partial access to eno functionality but as I am locked out of the system, I have to wait 24 hours to see if I can get the extension working in Chrome. Tech support claims that the problem is that I'm using my spouse's phone (same billing address, different name), but after reading all the one-star reviews with the same issue, I'm thinking they don't actually know what the problem is.

The other 98% I have to try refreshing the page, signing in 500 times, uninstalling and reinstalling, signing in another 500 times, it's such a hassle to use I just log into my account and manage it that way instead of using the extension because it never works!!!

- Valutata 1 su 5di Chesty, 10 giorni faI am so sick and tired of the pain of using this app. Every time I log on it's like I've never used it all these years. I have to "add" the extension but first verify AGAIN it's me then add the extension then login AGAIN. Most times I have to enter capitol one and login then open eno virtual cards to get it to work. All and all you could probably pay me the $Millions you're paying your "developers" and "maintainers" and get a better product. So sick of ZERO customer service.

However, it seems to regularly get stuck authenticating into Capital One, freezing up and preventing me from logging in. Sometimes I'll launch the checkout page in Chrome (blech!) and use the extension in Chrome instead, which seems to be less prone to freezing up. - Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 18650647, 24 giorni fa

- Valutata 1 su 5di Utente Firefox 18323726, un mese faI've tested this sporadically over the years, and I've never been able to log in. I've disabled ad-block and site security. I've even tried the Chrome version, and I cannot ever log in.

Reading the negative reviews, it was only associated with problems opening the extension. I do not know if this will help others, but you go to the upper right hand corner and hit the "Extensions" tab and from there choose to open Eno and it automatically generates a card. This is an extra step as with Chrome it would open automatically when you needed it.

- Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 14871977, 2 mesi faSTRONGLY RECOMMEND!!! Simple to use. Your Capital One Virtual Cards give you full control of the virtual card, turn-on and turn-off, schedule turn-off after use, etc. I've used this service for purchase from Romainia (not exactly a save place to buy from using a credit card) with no issues because the card number work ONLY with the ONE vendor. LOVE this service.
